Leasing & Applications
You can schedule a tour or start your application at montevistaapartmenthomes.com. To schedule a tour, select Tour on Your Terms and choose either an in-person or virtual visit. To apply, navigate to Floor Plans, select your preferred floor plan and unit, click Availability, then Apply Now - choose your lease term and move-in date, and continue through the application steps.
To apply, you will need a valid government-issued photo ID along with access to recent bank statements and employer pay stubs. A combined household income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent is required. All applicants must pass a background and credit screening as outlined in the Monte Vista Rental Criteria, which is available on the application or from the leasing team.
